You can share your feedback through the pop-up that appears after you complete the onboarding or when you use the feature. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and ideas to help us improve the user experience. 

 

After you have signed up, you only need to use a Vattenfall InCharge public charging station that is online. You can check the status of our stations in the app.

To join this pilot you need:

  • An eligible Vattenfall InCharge charge card. If you don’t have one, you can order it via our website. After signing up, you connect your vehicle to your card once in the app.

  • A supported vehicle, currently:
    Tesla: Model 3, Y, X, S
    Volvo: EC40 / C40, EX40 / XC40 BEV, XC60 PHEV, S90 PHEV, V90 PHEV (from MY2022), XC90 PHEV, S60 PHEV, V60 PHEV (from MY2023)

  • After you have signed up, you only need to use a Vattenfall InCharge public charging station that is online. You can check the status of our stations in the app.

How we deal with your data

This data will be collected and used for the following purposes: 

  • Name and e-mail will be used to communicate with participants regarding the pilot project. 

  • Name and e-mail may be used to evaluate the user experience during the pilot. 

  • InCharge card number/account number will be used to obtain a unique token which the seamless charging back-end will use to negotiate the charging session.  

  • The VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) will be used to include  vehicles  participating in the pilot, obtain real-time location(GPS position) data and battery charging status information from OEM back-end APIs. 

  • Location data will be used to identify a vehicle's proximity to a given population of chargers.
