You can automatically settle the electricity costs for charging, for example if you have an electric car whose costs are reimbursed by your employer, lease company or your own company. On this page you can read how to arrange that.

How to settle the charging cost of your electric car

Request your charging card

You, your employer or your lease company request the charging card from MultiTankcard, Travelcard or XXlmo Card. To have your electricity costs settled with your MultiTankcard, NL-NUO, NL-VAT or NL-MTC must be stated on the charge card. Please indicate this on your application.

Activate your MyInCharge account

You receive the charging card at home. You have to add it to the online portal My InCharge. You will receive the activationlink for your account via your email. You activate your account by logging in once.

Add your charging card to the Whitelist

Add your charging card to the Whitelist. You can read how to do this in our Dutch manual. From now on, you will automatically be reimbursed the costs incurred for home charging per kWh every month.

How it works

  • We automatically receive information from your charging sessions at home.
  • We process this information and reimburse you monthly. This will be a standard tariff of € 0,27 or a flexible tariff per kWh.
  • We calculate the costs and pass those on to the charging card company.
  • They in their turn, pass the costs on to your lease company.
  • Eventually your lease company will pass the charging costs on to your employer or your own company.

About your home charging reimbursement

Energy prices sometimes fluctuate. As a result, your charging costs may be higher than what you will be reimbursed. You can inform us of a new home charging fee that suits your new situation. You can easily calculate your new rate yourself. We explain step by step how it works.

Change your IBAN number

Did you receive your reimbursement on a different IBAN number? No problem. Change your IBAN by filling in this form. We will then arrange for your reimbursement to be deposited into the correct account.

Tip: Increase your monthly installment

Because you will be charging your electric car at home, you will use more power. Don't forget to increase the monthly installment amount for your energy bill. This way you will avoid unexpectedly high annual fees.
