Why do I need a My InCharge account?

 

You can manage your charging stations and charging cards via the My InCharge online portal. You can also see exactly how much power you have used and when. You get access to the portal if you have a charging station from us, at home or at your company, or if you use our charging card.

The My InCharge online portal

Your charging station is connected to the internet via a UTP cable or a SIM card. This way you are connected to the My InCharge online portal.

How do I get a My InCharge account?

If you buy a charging station or charging card from us, you will receive an e-mail with an activation link. You can only create an account via that link.

Do I need a My InCharge account for the app?

No, you do not need a My InCharge account if you want to use the InCharge app. You can simply charge with a credit card.
